Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In case of any refunds, we will only issue a STORE CREDIT which can be used for future purchases from the store, fully redeemable on the website.

We work our best to provide quality products at your doorstep. However, we kindly ask you to have a parcel opening video ready in all cases without any editing or pause to claim a refund in case of damages. We require video and proof of purchase from your side for refund.

We do not offer refunds on discounted products.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please be informed that refund will be processed only after the receipt and validation of the returned original product.
